everything I create is the unfiltered expression of my subconscious mind. I never approach a blank canvas with any intentions of what I will or will not attempt to portray. Most of the time I have absolutely no idea what i'm doing until i've started painting. I feel that this gives me more freedom; there are no mistakes and I am not trying to manipulate the creative flow. The result of this has been a collection of work that displays the chaos of contradictory thoughts and ideas violently buzzing around in my head, personified by hideous, manic, angry creatures set in dreamy, cosmic, otherworldly environments.
