I am a 25 year old fine art graduate from sheffield, originally from Grimsby i find myself at the start of something new. My passion is for creation and life is entangled with this. Inspiration for my work comes from the accumulation of stories, mythology, fairytales, nightmares and confusion and is transformed into sculpture and sketch creating an exploration in the real and fantasy, forming escapism from life. These are grow in my imagination and form a cycle of continual work.

And don’t no what to do or how to make,
driving or not continuous construction up down up down
go the walls,legs, crayons paper and paint
Keep making to achieve nothing,
just to fill time and exercise,
keeping a secret and creating a home, a fairytale
Nature and us, man to animal, deer to boy, religious or not, superstitious, intoxicated I make
and this is the fun part,
this is were I find me
I look and see Home is were the ease is,
looking at what I have made in front of me seeing backwards to time,
watching the clock waiting for ten,

Planned, detailed sometimes, surprising and spontaneous,
new discovery, no change,
work with one material once and another twice now you see and it is completely different.
