Walking on Eggshells
The work within the exhibition Walking on Eggshells was conceptualised by the consideration of how contemporary societies deal with death. The objects used and made within this piece are recycled, thus using the object and the subject as a metaphor for the cycle of existence.
The main concept for this exhibition is that it is avaialable to view within the public space and also online at www.emmaperryart.co.uk
The exhibition Walking on Eggshells is on display at 50a Contemporary Art Space, South Street, Egremont, Cumbria intil 1st August. For those unable to attend the exhibition Emma plans to allow a wider audience to experience her work at their leisure. The work is available to view online (until September); Emma invites you sit down to spend some time viewing her work and leaving comments, thoughts and sharing your reactions on her website at: www.emmaperryart.co.uk The comments left both in the art space and the website will assist Emma in her research for her current dissertation in which she is exploring the relationships between non-traditional art spaces in the context of her art practice.
