The exhibition at the Centre for Strategy and Communication is a part of the North London annual Islington Exhibits visual arts festival. More than 20 new figurative paintings in oil by Valery Koroshilov will be on the public display for the first time, featuring the artist's favorite subjects: landscape, portraiture and still life.

Valery Koroshilov (b.1961) is the winner of The Artist of The Year Award 2010 (Artists & Illustrators Magazine, UK). He lives and works in London and exhibits internationally. Valery is renowned for figurative paintings distinguished by a bright palette, laconic imagery and flat areas of strong colour. In recent studio work he focuses primarily on private and corporate commissions.
