Ubu Ruà - Milan - 2003

Ubu Ruà is the result of a multidisciplinary theatrical workshop held in 2003 at the Politecnico in Milan, Italy.
Durin four months, architecture and design students have been stimulated to create a theatre piece based on Alfred Jarry's "King Ubu" and the theme of Pataphysics.
More than 50 people have attended the workshop, which was devided into three main areas: acting, set designand comunication. The three laboratories have worked closely one to the other to finalize the project duringthe performance of the show over two nights in the university campus at Bovisa, Milan.
A crowd of nearly 800 people has attended the happening and has experienced a unique theatrical event, that had been devised to involve completely the public in the show.
