Scott F. Hall

Scott F. Hall is an intermedia artist who creates sounds, objects, still images, and moving images. His recent work merges such varied practices as music, sound art, sculpture, photography, video, and graphics into an integrated form he calls "Scultura Sana" (Sound Sculpture). Within this diverse paradigm, Hall produces work for exhibition in contemporary international galleries, festivals, and alternative venues. Additionally, the sonic art component of Hall's work is archived on CD for direct distribution to a worldwide audience.

Hall's education includes art study at the University of Hawaii, the University of Florida (B.F.A., Sculpture), and Washington University in St. Louis (M.F.A., Sculpture). He was formerly Assistant Professor at Cogswell College (Sunnyvale, California, U.S.A.) and S.U.N.Y. (Alfred, New York, U.S.A.). He is currently Associate Professor of Art at the University of Central Florida, Orlando.
